2. Seller Registration & Verification

a. Sellers must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.

b. We reserve the right to verify all seller information and approve or reject applications at our discretion.

c. Selling privileges begin only after approval.

3. Service Charge & Payments

a. EazyBeezy.lk charges a 10% service fee on each completed sale.

b. This service fee includes:

c. Platform operational costs.

d. Marketing and promotion of seller listings.

e. EazyBeezy.lk’s profit margin.

f. The service fee is deducted automatically from the sale amount before payout to the seller.

4. Marketing & Promotion

a. EazyBeezy.lk may market and promote listed products/services on various online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

b. We cannot guarantee specific sales results from marketing efforts.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

a. Provide accurate and truthful product/service descriptions.

b. Set fair prices and comply with Canadian laws, including consumer protection and safety regulations.

c. Fulfil orders promptly and in the agreed manner.

d. Handle returns and refunds as required under Canadian law.

6. Prohibited Listings

The following items/services may not be listed:

a. Illegal or restricted products under Canadian law .

b. Counterfeit or stolen goods .

c. Dangerous or hazardous items without legal authorization .

b. Any service or product that violates applicable laws or community standards .

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

b. Pay for purchases in full.

c. Not engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without valid reason.

8. Disputes & Refunds

a. Buyers should contact sellers directly for order issues.

b. If the issue remains unresolved, EazyBeezy.lk may mediate, but we are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Limitation of Liability

EazyBeezy.lk is not liable for:

a. Product quality, defects, or misrepresentation by sellers.

b. Losses or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

c. Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant EazyBeezy.lk a non-exclusive right to use them for promotional purposes.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected, used, and stored in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on EazyBeezy.lk. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
